During the seminar participants discussed emotional responses towards changes, the flexible leadership styles that support our change and change management process. Also, participants had a look at the range of common mistakes made during the companies’ modification processes and analyzed the ways of failures forecasting.

The most impressive part of the seminar was “Apollo 13”, the well-known business-simulation, where participants found themselves in the situation full of dynamic challenges that took place during the third American manned mission to the moon. The participants played the roles of astronauts and Mission Control engineers, who, cooperating in constantly changing environment, aimed to fulfill the upcoming tasks and even to save the life of the sick team member.

The participants’ cooperation during the simulation is the striking example of how teams can rich high performance and set up tasks in the most stressful of changing circumstances.

The participants in their feedback forms underlined four types of change and action planning as the most interesting topics of the program. Also, the participants mentioned that teachers’ cooperation during the seminar was the obvious illustration of team leadership in teaching.
