Center for Entrepreneurship of GSOM held a training workshop “Entrepreneurial Finance” at Graduate School of Management on December 4-5, 2009. The event was held as part of the program "Managing Small and Growing Businesses", which is implemented by GSOM at the financial support from the Citi Foundation. The main goal of that program - to foster the stable development of small and fast growing companies and individual development of owners-managers of these companies.
The workshop was held by Associate Professor Olga M. Udovichenko, Executive MBA Program Director.
The following topics were covered during the workshop:
- Accounting systems in entrepreneurial ventures.
- Management accounting in the system of decision making and managing the company.
- The estimation of the effectiveness of the company activities and areas of responsibility.
- Financing growing small and medium business.
