Welcome to the 9th Annual Colloquium of EABIS – The Academy of Business in Society, Europe's leading reference point for integrating business in society issues into the heart of business theory and practice. The 9th Annual Colloquium is held in Saint-Petersburg on 20 – 21 September 2010.
This year Colloquium will focus on exploring how corporate responsibility (CR) is understood and applied in emerging market contexts and cultures – by old and new multinationals – and its viability as a framework for tackling critical challenges ahead.
Traditionally EABIS Colloquium will be followed by PhD Conference that will take place on 22nd September. PhD forum will be similarly focused on “Corporate Responsibility and Emerging Markets”. However, we welcome contributions from any doctoral candidates pursuing work around business in society issues.
