A group of researchers from the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) studied the personal traits of people who have decided to seek additional education in adulthood. The focus was on the students of the Executive Education (EMBA) programs.

The program"HR MANAGER AS A BUSINESS PARTNER" FOR ROSNEFT PROGRAM HAS ENDED AT GSOM SPBU

On June 4, 2021, at the Graduate School of Management St Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) the “HR-manager as a business partner” corporate training program for Rosneft was completed. 30 HR-managers and 28 subsidiaries of the company took part in the program.

EXPERTS OF GSOM SPbU HAVE STUDIED HOW EMPLOYER BRANDING AFFECTS RECRUITMENT DURING THE CRISIS PERIOD

Experts from the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) have studied the employer branding practices of the most prominent Russian companies during the coronavirus crisis as part of the research “Employer branding in companies in a pandemic: goals, tools, results”. The main conclusion is that employer brand focus and unique employer value proposition for different employee audiences lead to success in recruitment.
