The program"HR MANAGER AS A BUSINESS PARTNER" FOR ROSNEFT PROGRAM HAS ENDED AT GSOM SPBU

On June 4, 2021, at the Graduate School of Management St Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) the “HR-manager as a business partner” corporate training program for Rosneft was completed. 30 HR-managers and 28 subsidiaries of the company took part in the program.

An article of a doctoral student at the Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg University (GSOM SPbU) Mariia Shagalkina, co-authored with her research advisor Marina Latukha, professor of Organizational behavior and Personnel Management Department, and other researchers, was accepted for publication in the International Journal of Human Resource Management.

Doctoral Colloquium with University of Goettingen

On April 26, 2021, GSOM doctoral students participate in Doctoral Colloquium organized jointly with the University of Göttingen (Germany). The seminar finishes the course "Writing for top management journals", organized for 2nd and 3rd doctoral students in order to increase their publication activity. Doctoral students from GSOM and University of Goettingen present their papers to be published in high-ranked academic journals and discuss their research progress with well-known professors with outstanding publication scores.

Employees of the HR Departments of Gazprom Neft have finished their professional training at GSOM SPbU

The Graduate School of Management of St. Petersburg State University (GSOM SPbU) has held a graduation ceremony in the HR Academy professional training program for HR managers of Gazprom Neft divisions. The program was created by Business School experts in cooperation with the Gazprom Neft Corporate University and the CBSD training company. 95 HR specialists, managers and Heads of departments and divisions were trained on the program.
